Here’s what you should expect from your online consultation:

  2. Book an appointment time that is most convenient for you. Before your consultiation, you will get a text and an an email with a link for your online mmj evaluation.
  3. During the video call, our doctor will walk you through the available treatment options as well as the benefits and risks of cannabis treatment. Don’t hesitate to ask the doctor any question that’s on your mind! They’ll be more than happy to help guide you along.

Beyond the cost of the telemedicine provider, patients and caregivers have to pay a non-refundable $50 fee to MMCC for their card application. Moreover, Maryland insurance does not cover MMJ treatment.

Does Maryland health insurance cover MMJ?

Sadly, no. Because of its Schedule I drug status, MMJ is not on the approved list of health insurance medication in the state of Maryland.
