Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

If you see the doctor or nurse practitioner, and they reject you as unsuitable for medical marijuana, you will get a refund of your QuickMedCards appointment (minus $5 for bank fees) if you inform us at staff@quickmedcards.com within 4 months of your appointment date.

Approval for medical marijuana cannot be guaranteed because it depends on medical judgment and state rules on who qualifies for the state's program.

Healthcare providers have limited time. If you do not show up to your reservation, or if you cancel your reservation, the payment is non-refundable to disincentivize missing appointments.

The price you pay at QuickMedCards covers the reservation of an appointment time with a healthcare provider. If you attend the appointment on time, then the price covers the work of the medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and staff who assist them, as they do a personalized evaluation to determine if you qualify for your state's medical marijuana program. If you qualify for medical marijuana, then the price covers the provider doing their part in providing paperwork to the state to register you for medical marijuana access. If you fail to do your part in that process with the state or the provider, there will not be a refund.

Generally fees are non-refundable except in the above mentioned scenario where you see the healthcare provider and are rejected by them as unsuitable for medical marijuana.
