What happens after I'm approved?
Once approved for a med card, the healthcare provider will submit your application to the Department of Health. You will receive an email notification from the state on how to retrieve your 329 card.

What are the qualifying conditions in Hawaii?
There are no qualifying conditions for medical marijuana in Hawaii. Any illness may be eligible for cannabis treatment with your doctor’s approval.
I have several of the qualifying conditions. Does that mean that I'll be getting my med card?
Having multiple health conditions that previously qualified actually strengthens your case. Since Hawaii scrapped the qualifying conditions list, your physician can now certify you if they believe medical marijuana could help with any of your conditions.
