My certification is about to expire. How do I renew it?

You can renew your medical marijuana certification 30 days before it expires. You can book a follow-up appointment with our doctor to get re-certified.

How does the online video evaluation for medical marijuana work?

After you’ve signed up and booked your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Next, on the day of your appointment, we will send you an email and text with a link to your video-call consultation with our physician prior to your appointment time. Click the link to start your evaluation over a secure video call. You will receive your certification soon after the doctor approves you for medical marijuana treatment.

What if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?

You can reach out to our customer support to reschedule your appointment. You won’t be charged a no-show fee if you miss your first consultation. However, a $45 no-show fee applies if you miss the rescheduled appointment.
