After you submit the online application form to MMCC, a verification email will be sent to your email address. You must click the verification link in the email message to verify your email account.

* If you don’t verify your email, your application is not complete.

Completed applications will be reviewed by MMCC and you will receive an email confirm whether or not your application has been approved.

How to renew your MMJ card

Please note – Your MMCC Patient Identification Card is valid for 3 years, however, your medical mj recommendation is only valid for 1 year. Therefore, after that time, you need to be re-evaluated by one of our licensed doctors.

Important – If you are a caregiver, your MMCC-issued ID card is only valid for the same period as your patient’s ID card. When your patient’s card expires, they will need to get a new certification from their doctor. After your patient has successfully renewed their med card, you will need to renew your registry card as well. You need to make sure that you have a valid MMCC-issued ID card when buying from a dispensary.

* Once received, the license must be used within 120 days from the day it was issued originally. If the med card is not used within that time-frame, it becomes null.

How to Renew:

1. Log in to your MMCC patient account as a returning user
Make sure all your personal details and information is up to date.

2. Receive Verification Email
After you renew your registration online, you’ll get a verification email explaining the next steps.

3. Visit a Medical MJ Doctor
If you are a returning QuickMedCards patient, you can book a follow-up appointment to renew your certification.

If this is your first time using QuickMedCards, you need to complete our Patient Questionnaire form first.

4. Receive Your MMJ ID in the Mail
Once you’re certified by our doctor and your MMCC application is approved, your new card will be mailed to you at the address you listed in the patient portal. The new card will have an issue date from the day after your original card expires.
