Is the certification covered by health insurance?
The law in CT explicitly says health insurers are not required to cover medical marijuana.
What happens after I'm approved?
Once approved, our healthcare practitioner will then initiate your application for Connecticut’s Medical Marijuana Registry. He or she will ask you for a number of things including a valid e-mail address and primary telephone number.
How long is my med card valid for?
Connecticut med cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
How do I qualify for a Connecticut medical marijuana card?
In order to qualify for a medical marijuana card in Connecticut through our doctors, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have a state-issued ID.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have a qualifying medical condition approved by the state of Connecticut.
