Yes. First-time and renewing patients can attend their consultation online over a video call.

Once your Hawaii 329 card application is approved by the Department of Health, you’ll receive an email notification from the state with instructions on how to retrieve your 329 card.

Our prices include the State Paperwork Fee that other doctors charge for separately. The state of Hawaii charges patients a $38.50 tax/fee for the certification, and that is separate from our included services. It must be paid by patients.

The Hawaii 329 card is typically valid for one year. However, eligible renewal patients may qualify for a two-year registration. You can renew your card up to 60 days before it expires.

You must meet the following requirements to qualify for a Hawaii 329 card:

• You must have a valid state-issued ID.
• You must be at least 18 years old. Minors may qualify with a parent or legal guardian.
• You must have a debilitating medical condition, and a licensed cannabis doctor must determine that medical cannabis could benefit your health.

There is no longer a fixed list of qualifying conditions for medical marijuana in Hawaii. If your doctor determines that you have a debilitating medical condition and believes medical cannabis could benefit your health, you may qualify for a Hawaii 329 card.

Having multiple health conditions does not automatically qualify you for a Hawaii 329 card. However, if your doctor determines that you have a debilitating medical condition and believes medical cannabis could benefit your health, they may certify you for medical marijuana.
