  • Chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia
  • Chronic pain associated with sickle cell disease
  • Any condition for which you receive hospice or palliative care
  • Any other clinically diagnosed condition that an authorized clinician considers debilitating and is qualified to treat

For patients under 18 seeking medical marijuana for an autism-related condition, the authorized clinician must consult a pediatric subspecialist before issuing a recommendation.
