CT Medical Marijuana Card Requirements

1. You must be a resident of Connecticut. 

2. A licensed CT medical marijuana doctor must certify you for MMJ as confirmation that you have a qualifying condition. 

* Importantly, you are not eligible for a CT medical card if you are confined in a correctional institution or facility supervised by the Department of Corrections, even if you meet the requirements above.
