Maryland Qualifying Conditions
In Maryland, doctors are guided by a set list of qualifying conditions when recommending marijuana treatment for patients. You can find the complete list below. However, you should note that being diagnosed with any of these conditions does not guarantee you will receive a recommendation. It is up to the doctor to evaluate if medical marijuana is the best option for you.
Are you uncertain about your medical condition? Or are you already suffering from any of the qualifying conditions? Then you should consider talking to one of our licensed marijuana doctors in Maryland. They can help you figure out if medical marijuana is the best solution for your health and well-being.

How to renew your Medical Marijuana card
Please note – Your MMCC Patient Identification Card is valid for 3 years, however, your medical marijuana recommendation is only valid for 1 year. Therefore, after that time, you need to be re-evaluated by one of our licensed doctors.
Important – If you are a caregiver, your MMCC-issued ID card is only valid for the same period as your patient’s ID card. When your patient’s card expires, they will need to get a new certification from their doctor. After your patient has successfully renewed their med card, you will need to renew your registry card as well. You need to make sure that you have a valid MMCC-issued ID card when buying from a dispensary.
* Once received, the license must be used within 120 days from the day it was issued originally. If the med card is not used within that time-frame, it becomes null.
How to Renew:
1. Log in to your MMCC patient account as a returning user
Make sure all your personal details and information is up to date.
